  3. Click the "Page Setup" button before printing.

  5. LASERWRITER -  If you are using a Laserwiter, choose "Options".  Make sure"Large print area" is checked.
  6.  
  7. IMAGEWRITER -  If you are using an Imagewriter, make sure "No gaps between pages" is checked.
